Google’s paid advertising platform where businesses pay to show up in front of people already searching for what they sell. You only pay when someone clicks. Formats include search listings, shopping cards, YouTube videos, banner ads, and Gmail placements  depending on where your buyers spend time.

Two questions that cut through everything. First, who specifically will be managing my account day to day, and how many other accounts do they run? Second, what happens to my account if I decide to leave? The answers tell you more than a pitch deck ever will.

Yes, and it usually makes things better. Your team knows things we don’t  the product, the customer, why certain deals fall through. We bring the paid search side. When both teams actually talk to each other the campaigns reflect it. We’re not precious about collaboration.

Tracking first always. No spend goes live until we can see what it produces. After that, usually two weeks from first call to first campaign. Sometimes faster if the account structure is straightforward and you’re quick on approvals.

Done it plenty of times. Delhi and Dubai need different bids, different copy, sometimes completely different landing pages. We don’t copy-paste one campaign across markets and call it international. Each location gets its own logic.

No. And be careful with any agency that will. What we do instead  you see every metric, every week. Nothing gets hidden in a dashboard we control. If something’s underperforming we say so before you notice, not after.

Flat accounts are almost always the same story. Nobody’s actively managing it. Bids set and forgotten, same ad copy running for a year, negative keyword list from the setup call and nothing added since. We go through it, find what’s dragging, and prioritise by what moves the number fastest. Usually there’s more low-hanging fruit than clients expect.

Not much, honestly. We need one thing from you  tell us whether the leads we’re sending are actually any good. That feedback changes how we bid and who we target. Beyond that, maybe 30 minutes a month on a call. We handle the rest.

Genuinely, sometimes it’s easier. No bad structure to untangle, no years of poor match types baked in. We build it right the first time. The learning curve costs money either way  we’d rather that money go into testing what works than fixing what didn’t.

For some businesses, absolutely. For others, not yet. It depends on what you’re selling and what a customer is worth to you. A solicitor or a clinic can usually make the numbers work. A business selling $200 items with thin margins probably can’t  not without serious volume. We’d rather tell you that upfront than take your money and prove it slowly.
